Alexander Group’s 2024 Sales Comp Trends Survey is now open!

Designed for industry leaders in sales, sales compensation and HR, this year’s survey will highlight 2023 results and provide input for 2024 program goals and objectives.

Focus areas include:

• Compensation Trends, including quota performance, base salary, incentives and sales compensation plan changes for 2023 and 2024
• Hot Topics, including how AI, job eligibility, equity and remote workplace practices are impacting compensation plans

The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. All responses are confidential and shared only
in aggregate. Participants will receive a complimentary report and readout of the survey findings.
