Natalie Yasskin
ManagerNatalie Yasskin is a manager in the San Francisco office. As a manager, Natalie works with client leaders in sales, marketing, finance and human resources to solve revenue growth challenges across multiple business units and geographies. She designs and conducts fact-finding activities to understand client objectives and issues, creates concise messages and narratives for an executive audience level, and leads client meetings to present recommendations and drive consensus. Natalie manages business analyst, associate consultant and senior consulting resources at the Alexander Group on project engagements.
Prior to joining Alexander Group, Natalie spent time working at a London-based Venture Capital firm. In addition to gaining client-facing experience, Natalie helped the investment committee with business case analyses, company valuations and data modeling. Natalie has experience with clients across different industries, including technology and distribution. She has worked on client engagements focused on sales model optimization and sales compensation. Natalie graduated with a B.B.A. from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University, Magna Cum Laude.
