The Best Firms to Work For List 2024
Consulting Magazine is pleased to announce the firms selected as the Best Firms to Work For 2024. Thirty-nine consulting firms have been named to this year’s list of honorees: 23 in the small firm category and 16 in the large firm category.
The Best Firms to Work For rankings has been a showcase for those professional service firms whose policies and practices support their investment and commitment to keeping employees happy, engaged and professionally fulfilled.
“Workplace satisfaction is a critical factor to the success of any company and the health and welfare of the people who make it function,” says Consulting Magazine Director, Michael A. Webb. “Competition for human capital in today’s competitive marketplace makes it more important to invest resources and technology to ensure attractive and highly-fulfilling work environments.”
Since 2000, consultants from more than 150 U.S. consulting firms have submitted thousands of individual surveys providing quantifiable data, programmatic explanations, descriptions of operational excellence, employee engagement and outstanding work environments that set their workplaces above others.
The annual survey ranks employee satisfaction in the following categories:

- Compensation & Benefits
- Firm Leadership

Honorees are listed below in alphabetical order. Ranking order will be announced during a celebratory awards dinner Sept. 12, 2024, at Current@ Chelsea Piers, NYC.

About the Rankings: Evaluated firms are divided into small firms, consisting of between 20 and 250 billable consultants; and large firms, consisting of 251 or more billable consultants. Rankings are based on analysis of responses to survey questions completed by the firm’s billable employees. Those submissions deliver quantifiable data, programmatic explanations, descriptions of operational excellence, employee engagement and work environments that set their workplaces above others and position them as the best in the industry. All firms are required to submit a minimum number of responses, based on the number of billable employees, to qualify.
