- 63% of respondents are increasing AI investments for sales, with sales forecasting and sales enablement being the primary focus.
- Over 50% of surveyed revenue leaders predict that AI will have a significant positive impact on the customer success role in 2025 leading to increased customer retention.
- 72% of organizations plan to formalize AI investments in Revenue Operations budgets by 2026 to improve the accuracy of existing RevOps functions.
