Alexandra “Ola” Pitcher is a director in the Chicago office. Alexandra works with client leaders in sales, marketing, finance and human resources to solve revenue growth challenges. She has experience working with Fortune 500 companies across various industries, including manufacturing, distribution, and media/advertising. Alexandra has led projects spanning Alexander Group’s Revenue Growth Model including complex go-to-market transformations, career management framework initiatives and sales compensation assessment and design projects.

Prior to joining Alexander Group, Alexandra spent over five years in the financial services industry. She focused on leading strategic projects that increased operational efficiencies and improved client outcomes. Alexandra has an MBA from the Booth School of Business, University of Chicago and a B.A. from the University of Chicago.
