Avrille Hanzel
Director of Consulting Services & OperationsAvrille serves as the director of consulting services and operations. In this role, she drives scale and efficiency across the firm by standardizing service offerings and streamlining client delivery for consulting teams. Avrille helps teams utilize analysis, research, vertical expertise and clients’ needs to formulate innovative and customized solutions for clients. Avrille brings her prior consulting experience working with clients across multiple industries and project types to better help Alexander Group’s consulting teams. Avrille also leads Alexander Group’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) firm-wide efforts.
Prior to joining Alexander Group, Avrille worked for a global professional services firm where she led account operations for multiple global clients, including account and relationship strategy development, pipeline management and new consultant onboarding. Avrille also brings a global perspective through her experience leading global health programs focused on the use of mobile technologies in sub-Saharan Africa during her tenure as senior manager of global health at the United Nations Foundation.
Avrille holds an MBA from Said Business School, University of Oxford, and a B.A. from The University of Michigan.
