Deima Tankus
Associate ConsultantDeimante (Deima) Tankus is an associate consultant (AC) in the Chicago office. As an AC, Deima creates and uses analytical models to simulate or forecast business problems and results for clients. She conducts data analysis, applies Alexander Group methodologies and participates in client interviews and related fact-finding initiatives to provide recommendations to clients. Deima collaborates with the team to create high-quality, error-free deliverables.
Prior to joining Alexander Group, Deima worked as a research analyst for a lower-middle-market private equity fund of funds firm. In this role, she created internal and external research deliverables, describing and analyzing market trends using the company’s proprietary database of private equity firms and transactions. She also led various ESG efforts, guiding the firm’s policy, reporting and practice. Deima holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Chicago and speaks conversational French.
