Ricci Pelland
ManagerRicci Pelland is a manager in the Atlanta office. As a manager, Ricci works with client leaders in sales, marketing, finance and human resources to solve revenue growth challenges. She designs and conducts fact-finding activities to understand client objectives and issues. She participates in and leads client meetings to present recommendations and consulting deliverables. Ricci manages business analyst and associate consultant resources at the Alexander Group on project engagements.
Prior to joining Alexander Group, Ricci was a mergers & acquisitions senior tax consultant working across various industries. In this role, she worked with clients to design and execute the most advantageous and efficient deal structures as well as identify tax risks and opportunities. Ricci also spent time as a senior international tax consultant where she led clients to enter new markets and tailored organizational structures to optimize sales, supply chain, and worldwide tax and legal implications. Ricci holds a M.ACC. from the Turner School of Accountancy at The University of North Carolina at Charlotte, a B.S. from the Belk College of Business at The University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
