Seanna Outcault
ManagerSeanna Outcault is a manager in the Chicago office. As a manager, Seanna works with client leaders in sales, marketing, finance and human resources to solve revenue growth challenges across multiple business units and geographies. Seanna has extensive experience in complex go-to-market transformations and compensation assessment and design projects. She applies her expertise across both Fortune 500 companies and smaller high-growth firms with a focus on clients in Life Sciences, Healthcare and Technology practices. Seanna manages business analyst, associate and senior consulting resources at the Alexander Group on project engagements.
Prior to joining Alexander Group, Seanna was an industrial engineer in the consumer payments space where she led strategic transformation projects. Seanna partnered with internal and external stakeholders to conduct analyses, strategy planning and implementation for initiatives which reduced operational expenses and improved customer and colleague outcomes. She holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University and a B.S. from the University of Miami College of Engineering.
