William Alton

Relationship Development Manager

William Alton is a relationship development manager based out of the Chicago office. He is dedicated to the firm’s Private Equity practice. He works with clients in the private capital sector, co-leading Alexander Group’s Private Equity Insiders Council. He is responsible for helping private equity operating partners and investment professionals navigate Alexander Group’s suite of services including commercial diligence and value creation, as well as go-to-market optimization work for active portfolio companies. He also provides access to the company’s domain expertise, research, benchmarks and deep network.

Prior to joining Alexander Group, William led business development and sales for a national security services provider servicing Fortune 500 companies, critical infrastructures and the federal government. He has 10+ years of sales and business development experience and holds a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Florida.
