The Business Analyst (BA) supports the consulting team. They conduct data analysis including basic statistical analysis, assist with client interviews and related fact-finding initiatives, and apply logic and Alexander Group methodologies to provide recommendations to clients. The BA also prepares initial drafts of high quality, error-free deliverables and participates in client meetings to review and present analytical approaches and interpret results.

Associate Consultant — Atlanta, GA, Chicago, IL or New York, NY
The Associate Consultant (AC) is an integral part of the consulting team. They create and use analytical models to simulate or forecast business problems and results, conduct extensive data analysis using Excel, participate in client interviews and meetings as well as related fact-finding initiatives, and apply logic and Alexander Group methodologies to provide recommendations to clients.

Management Consultant — Atlanta, GA, Chicago, IL, New York, NY or San Francisco, CA
The Consultant has a high level of engagement and accountability while becoming a subject matter expert. The Consultant works directly with client leaders in sales, marketing, finance and human resources to solve sales management issues and grow revenue. They participate in and lead client meetings to present consulting deliverables, and conduct client research including on-site interviews, market research and surveys. Our Consultants manage Business Analyst and Associate Consultant resources on project engagements.

The role blends four activities: Outreach, Relationship Development, Opportunity Pursuit and Program Management.

Alexander Group is seeking an experienced Client Development Director to lead the day-to-day management and coaching of the team responsible for engaging client contacts and nurturing client relationships. Success in this role requires creativity in client engagement strategy, strong positive motivational capabilities, team building, and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple activities across teams.

Program Manager — Chicago, IL
The Program Manager leads the development of new client relationships and opportunities within target industries. This role actively reaches out and schedules prospect meetings by leveraging our intellectual property and leadership community (e.g., knowledge sharing events, roundtables and benchmarking surveys). This role works with our industry leaders to create openings, position the firm, nurture relationships and close opportunities.

Associate Commercial Data Scientist Intern — New York, NY
The Associate Commercial Data Scientist Intern will be client-facing and work with project teams to present and interpret statistical analyses in business contexts. This role will be expected to interpret & tune machine learning algorithms, work in big data environments, apply statistical methods to develop robust solutions to client problems, have strong communication skills to communicate project findings to both internal and external stakeholders, and participate in client meetings.

Summer Consultant — Atlanta, GA, Chicago, IL, New York, NY or San Francisco, CA
The Summer Consultant works closely with an assigned Project Manager, you will become a fully-integrated project team member right away. At the end of ten weeks, the combination of on-the-job learning, training, meaningful project work and ongoing coaching will give you a realistic sense of the consulting profession.
