The Business Analyst (BA) supports the consulting team. They conduct data analysis including basic statistical analysis, assist with client interviews and related fact-finding initiatives, and apply logic and Alexander Group methodologies to provide recommendations to clients. The BA also prepares initial drafts of high quality, error-free deliverables and participates in client meetings to review and present analytical approaches and interpret results.

The Business Analyst will join our Analytics and Research practice. The practice’s primary charter is to provide data-driven insights that enhance the firm’s revenue growth consulting services. This team assists with consulting engagements and conducts industry research and deep data analysis, providing a wide variety of data and insights. You will work with clients and consulting teams to collect and analyze client financial, operational, customer and organization data with the goal of generating client-ready insights.

The Associate Consultant (AC) is an integral part of the consulting team. They create and use analytical models to simulate or forecast business problems and results, conduct extensive data analysis using Excel, participate in client interviews and meetings as well as related fact-finding initiatives, and apply logic and Alexander Group methodologies to provide recommendations to clients.

The Consultant has a high level of engagement and accountability while becoming a subject matter expert. The Consultant works directly with client leaders in sales, marketing, finance and human resources to solve sales management issues and grow revenue. They participate in and lead client meetings to present consulting deliverables, and conduct client research including on-site interviews, market research and surveys. Our Consultants manage Business Analyst and Associate Consultant resources on project engagements.

The Manager will report to a Principal or Director and play a key role in implementing the firm’s growth strategy. This role is responsible for maintaining existing client relationships, managing world-class consulting projects and teams, developing add-on projects within existing client accounts, and helping to provide guidance and coaching to staff in their development at the firm.

The Campaign Specialist leads the development of new client relationships and opportunities within target industries. This role actively reaches out and schedules prospect meetings by leveraging our intellectual property and leadership community. The role blends four activities: Outreach, Relationship Development, Opportunity Pursuit and Program Management.

The HR Assistant is a hands-on role that provides HR support to our five U.S. offices and our U.K. office. This role has a broad range of HR-related functions, including benefits administration, talent acquisition, onboarding, offboarding and employee communications.

The Marketing Manager will work directly with Alexander Group’s service practice leads and executives to create and execute innovative solutions that attract new clients and grow our existing relationships. As a key member of our dynamic marketing team, you will have a unique opportunity to directly impact the firm’s success and growth. This role drives the direction of Alexander Group’s services portfolio including marketing services, sales compensation, pricing and data science practices. You will bring the services and capabilities to market, build content and materials, create awareness, and manage marketing programs through the lifecycle while ensuring alignment with industry practices.

The Program Manager leads the development of new client relationships and opportunities within target industries. This role actively reaches out and schedules prospect meetings by leveraging our intellectual property and leadership community (e.g., knowledge sharing events, roundtables and benchmarking surveys). This role works with our industry leaders to create openings, position the firm, nurture relationships and close opportunities.

The Project Manager position oversees multiple internal projects simultaneously, contributing directly to the company’s success. Project participants include a variety of roles within the company, including management consultants, IT, software developers, marketing, sales, and others. This role requires someone who can track and manage project tasks, schedule and drive meetings, set agendas, help achieve project success, and participate in planning.

The Summer Consultant works closely with an assigned Project Manager, you will become a fully-integrated project team member right away. At the end of ten weeks, the combination of on-the-job learning, training, meaningful project work and ongoing coaching will give you a realistic sense of the consulting profession.
