The Project Manager position oversees multiple internal projects simultaneously, contributing directly to the company’s success. Project participants include a variety of roles within the company, including management consultants, IT, software developers, marketing, sales, and others. This role requires someone who can track and manage project tasks, schedule and drive meetings, set agendas, help achieve project success, and participate in planning.
Success requires managing leadership expectations, understanding business needs, maintaining relationships, ensuring goals are being met, and keeping teams on track for success.

Responsibilities:
- Task Management: Track and manage the completion of tasks across different projects
- Team Coordination: Work effectively with a variety of team members
- Meeting Facilitation: Drive meetings, set agendas, produce meeting notes, and ensure projects stay on track
- Detail Orientation: Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of project management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or a PMP Certificate
- Three years of experience and a proven track record in Project Management
- High EQ, strong listening skills, and professional maturity
- Experience in mid-size/large organizations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to quickly learn domain knowledge and adapt to new processes and company culture
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies is a plus
Work Environment:
- Initial Phase: In-office work until you understand the scope of the work, processes, and company culture.
- Flexible Phase: Potential for a hybrid work model based on your ability to adapt.
Salary Range: $75,000-115,000
